Howdy!

           My name is Abbie Wells, and I am the Director here in the Infant/Toddler Learning Center. I am so pleased to be starting another year with you and your children!

I have been working in Early Childhood since I was in seventh grade. After I graduated High School (which was Options) I began taking classes at ACC for special education and in 2003 began working at Graham’s Creative Learning Center in the preschool program there. After completing the courses needed, I then transferred to Metro State to continue my education courses. I am Director Qualified, and hold a Professional Credential Level I through the Colorado Department of Human Services.

I have been working here at options High School since Jan. 2010, and I absolutely LOVE it here! Options has a great group of staff and students that create a unique “family” feeling.

One of my biggest priorities is the communication between the parent and teacher. I also strongly believe in allowing children to learn from experiencing their environment, and grow in independence through “self-help skills”.

My husband, son and I have lived in Littleton for 7 years. My son attends Heritage High School, and I couldn’t feel more at home in the Littleton community.
